Call Assist is proud of the service its Network of Recovery Operators provides in difficult and demanding circumstances, each and every day.
Call Assist allocates work to its Network based upon the location and the nature of the incident. In order to be considered by Call Assist’s Network Department, any Recovery Operators applying must be able to evidence PAS43 and driver CPC certification.
In addition, we will require any Recovery Operator to comply with our most up to date contract and accept work electronically using industry approved equipment.
New appointments will only be accepted from applicants who have secure storage, operate on a 24/7 365 basis and can demonstrate their ability to comply with our stringent operational procedures.
Presentation, performance and customer service are key performance indicators and we will expect you to work hard to meet our standards. Our Recovery Operators represent Call Assist’s corporate clients and therefore, you must be able to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction by employing qualified and experienced staff.
